The method of designing pre-forging and pre-forging matrix is the key to ensure the quality of die forgings. At present, a new method for the design of prefabricated aviation floor slab is proposed. The prefabricated design software is developed on the platform. The finite element software is used to study the pre-forging and forging process of aircraft landing gear support beam, Through understanding the characteristics of die forgings and the common defects of die forgings, and according to the structural characteristics of die forgings, the mathematical model of section is established.

Based on the principle of equal area, the design method of prefabricated forging cladding and the forging iron prefabrication design software are proposed. The software is composed of three modules. The forging part of the pre-forging module calculates the information collection of the module.
