Therefore, the article points out the requirements of construction and manufacturing, the forging of large frame beams, the combination of theoretical understanding and numerical simulation, The design of pre-forging forming process is simulated, and the partial load forming process is proposed.
What is the forming process of die forgings?
Through the finite element simulation, we learned that the previous forging shape of the die forging was optimized. Based on the forging technology and the actual forging form, the design of the cavity of the typical beam frame die forging was carried out. According to the simulation results, under the same process parameters, the optimization can effectively prevent the occurrence of defects such as wear bars, die forgings, i.e. quality assurance pre-forging, so the load speed ratio increased significantly.
